Rates

The prices are subject to change without prior notification. Participants who have already made reservations are not compelled to pay a surcharge in case prices increase. Guide me in Greece shall not be held liable for a refund in case prices decrease.

Any participant under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire tour.

Local taxes are included in the price. Tips, personal expenses or personal insurance are incurred on the participants behalf.

Booking & Confirmation

Participants are accountable to provide accurate information during the booking process. Having booked through our website, participants will receive confirmation and voucher via email. This can be used as evidence of purchase and should be kept for later use. In case of an error, please inform Guide me in Greece as soon as possible.

Modifications may occur up to 48 hours after booking.

Payments

A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit can be paid by credit card or via Pay Pal. The rest of the amount can be paid in cash, on board at the end of the tour.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

A participant may change or cancel an agreed service. No penalty will be incurred provided a change in date is made at least 5 days prior to departure and other dates are available.

Except as outlined above our cancellation policy applies to our trips and tours.

• If a participant cancels eight (8) days or more prior to departure, a refund less an administrative and credit card fee 15% will be made.
• Cancellations one week or less prior to departure will result in a charge of 50% of the deposit.
• Cancellations twenty-four (24) hours prior to departure will result in no refund.
• Failing to arrive on the day of the tour will not result in a refund.
• In case of cancellation or disruption due to acts of God, war, terrorism, rebellion, strike or any other causes beyond the participants’ control, they will receive a full refund.

Refunds will be made within thirty (30) days of the cancellation date.

Guide me in Greece reserves the right to cancel any tour and all participants will receive a full refund.

Tour leader

Our tours and trips are led by an English speaking guide who is constantly available. The guide will be accountable for the itinerary and attending any special needs of the participants. Guided tours of the archaeological sites included in the tour are led by English speaking licensed qualified tour guides.

Land transportation/Transfer

Transfer to and from ports, airports, hotels and railway stations is effectuated in air-conditioned luxurious vehicles. For the transportation of a group up to six (6) participants, a 7-seat minivan will be used. For seven (7) participants or more a 9-seat minivan or a 16-seat bus will be used depending on the volume of baggage of the participants.

Expenses concerning gas and toll and English speaking driver(s) expenses are included in the cost of the tour or the trip.

This document represents the entire agreement between Guide me in Greece, the above mentioned provider and the participant.

Guide me in Greece reserve the right, without penalty, to make changes in the published itinerary and/or to cancel the program announced, whenever, in their judgment, conditions warrant, with respect to the comfort, convenience, or safety of the participants.

Dates, schedules, tour details, and costs, although provided in good faith based on information available at the time of publication of the brochure or catalog, are subject to change and modification.

All participants must certify they are medically and physically fit for travel.
Participants are required to inform the provider, in advance, about any physical, medical or other needs that require special attention.

Guide me in Greece reserve the right, without penalty, to decline to accept any person as a participant in a tour or trip, or to require any participant to withdraw from the tour at any time, if their participation poses a direct threat to health, welfare or safety of other participants

Since Guide me in Greece do not own or manage hotels, carriers, restaurants, vehicles used as such we are not liable for the non-performance or inadequate performance of these, thereof we have no responsibility for inconvenience, loss, damage or any cancellations caused by the proprietors or operators.

Participants are encouraged to purchase airline tickets no sooner than 60 days before the tour or trip begins to avoid airline cancellation penalties if a tour is canceled or otherwise modified subsequent to the participant’s purchase of those tickets.

Participants are solely responsible for their baggage and personal effects. Guide me in Greece will not be held liable for any loss or damage to baggage or any of the participant’s belongings. Participants should report any lost items to the Guide who will assist in completing a lost property form that can be used for any insurance claim in this matter.

PERSONAL INSURANCE

Personal insurance is not included in the tour cost. It is the participant’s responsibility to take out appropriate travel insurance. Although Guide me in Greece and its representatives will always endeavor to ensure safe and enjoyable completion of its tours they cannot be held liable for the personal safety of participants. Participant shall be fully responsible for their personal health, medical needs and safety.

All matters arising are subject to the laws of the Hellenic Republic without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
