PAYMENT

To confirm your reservation, a deposit is required. We conveniently accept deposits via credit card or PayPal. The remaining balance will be due four weeks prior to your tour date.

For cancellations, we kindly request that you contact us promptly via email at [email protected].

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Cancellations made 30 or more days before your tour date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 20 and 25 days before your tour date will receive a 70% refund.
Cancellations made within 15 days of your tour date or no-shows will forfeit the entire payment.

NOTE

This cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances due to acts of God, war, terrorism, rebellion, strike or any other causes beyond the participants’ control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days following your cancellation date.
