Our Meteora truffle hunting private tour will start in the forest where our guide will be waiting for you. Our expert guide will explain to you everything about truffles, such as why they are so expensive, the species and how you can find them with his wonderful and inseparable dog.
Next, your adventure begins! You will hunt in the forests while listening to stories connected with amazing mythology. As you walk through the trees, listen to amazing myths that are related to the forest. In the meantime, watch as the dog sniff around to detect treats hidden beneath the forest floor. Feel the tension as the dog strikes gold and excitedly digs for the edible treasure.
Once our expert guide and his dog find a truffle, you will have the opportunity to be the first one to hold this gourmet food and smell all its unique aroma!
After the truffle hunting, we’ll walk back to the starting point so that you can enjoy a delicious meal in the forest. Our guide will cook for you pasta with parmesan cheese and truffle!
Your last stop will be the Meteora Natural History Museum.
